As part of NCL VEKA’s cultural transformation journey, we held an internal engagement event for our factory workforce on 18th July, 2024. All factory employees enthusiastically participated in this event.
The activities were designed to improve team cohesion and foster a culture of excellence and competition among team members. Every employee who took part in the event had a great time interacting and competing with their fellow colleagues. The engagement activities were also attended by the functional head(s).
We concluded the day with a group photo of all the participants and a token of appreciation for the winners.
