Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of the assigned region/ city for NCL VEKA; recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel of the region.
Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users. Meeting with Existing and New builders/Architects/Consultants/PMC’s to generate more secondary sales and support to our Partners in the Market. Coaching/Mentoring/Training the existing team to achieve more from the market. Monthly tour of 10-12 days is must. |

Minimum Qualification | Graduate, MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution. |
Experience | Min of 12-15 yrs of cross diversified experience out of which 5-8 years in building material industry is preferred more. |

Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow
the business. |

Identify and bring in new clients for long-term orders. | |
Set team sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed. | |
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
and provide necessary training and support for enhancing their performance. |

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target of the team. | |
Continually assess the marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales. | |
Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential
customers. |

Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team and providing motivation and inspiration. | |
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships and partnerships that add
value. |

Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions if required. | |
Monitor team performance and ensure on time variable compensation based on performance. | |
Support HR in the hiring of relevant and effective resources in the
team. |

Track, Generate and share periodic Market Reports that will aid / enable review of Strategy and any changes thereof. | |

Will be responsible for profitability at a Gross Margin Level by region
