Job Summary (Why does this Job Exist?) | Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of the assigned region/ city for NCL VEKA; recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnell of the region. Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users. Meeting with Existing and New builders/Architects/Consultants/PMC’s to generate more secondary sales and support to our Partners in the Market.Coaching/Mentoring/Training the existing team to achieve more from the market. | |
Minimum Quailfication | Graduate, MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution. | |
Experience | Min of 15 yrs of cross diversified experience out of which 3-4 years in building material industry is preferred more.8-10 years in core Sales and Marketing with 5 – 7 years in Building Materials industry. | |

SPECIFIC TO THE REGION /CITY | |
Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business. | ||
Identify and bring in new clients for long-term orders. | ||
Set team sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed. | ||
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections and provide necessary training and support for enhancing their performance. | ||
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target of the team. | ||
Continually assess the marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales. | ||
Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers. | ||
Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team and providing motivation and inspiration. | ||
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships and partnerships that add value. | ||
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions if required. | ||
