Minimum Qualification | Any Graduate with MBA in Marketing is preferable |
Experience | 8+ years of total experience, including a minimum of 5–10 years in the building products industry, with a preference for expertise in the
fenestration sector. |

Primary Roles |
Is responsible for the sale of a business of products or services in a specified
region or geographical area |
Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution
and management of a supportive team |

Appointing and managing a fabricator in order to maximize sales revenue
and meet or exceed corporate-set goals |

Forecasting annually, quarterly and monthly sales goals | |
Ensure sales payment collection as per our terms mutually agreed with
fabricators |

Assisting fabricators in their sale techniques by meeting Architects, |
Builders, developers & Interior designer, Architects | |
Implementing plans to develop new key accounts like Builder, Architects, Contractors, Interior designer & Govt dept | |
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities (What to do in this job?) |
Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability & understand customer needs and suggest changes in
product to meet customer requirements. |
Should map potential customers and generate lead & competition data
with analysis |

Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions | |
Appointing and managing prospective fabricators in his region | |
Handling projects and specification to execution | |
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts
to achieve corporate objectives |

Ensures effective control of marketing results and maintenance of
designated budgets. |

Meeting Builders, Contractors, Architects, Interiors for their up-coming projects to understand project specifications | |
Getting approval of product in their project in residential, Government and
Commercial project |
|
Negotiation and finalization of big project orders & co-ordination with fabricator and factory for smooth execution | |
Overall responsible of revenue and collection target as per plan set by
management |
|
Evaluate and understanding of computation specification and counter offer
accordingly |
|
Maintain strong relationship with existing key accounts and conversion for
effective business result |
|
Strengthening marketing management in cost effective manner | |
Acquisition of competitor fabricators who is potential for min 20k sft per
month |
|
Product Quality feedback to fabricator and factory if any defects noticed
during execution |
|
Co-ordination with fabricator for orders and dispatches | |
Ensure quality of product from fabrication & installation of product | |
Site meetings in co-ordination with fabricator, developer, PMC, Installation to understand planning, production, and installation.
Reviews and Analyzes sales performances against target, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. |
