Scope All areas related to Marketing and Sales in NCL VEKA for the specific region assigned for Profile Sales.
Area of Responsibility Responsibility will be entire Hubli region. Monthly tour of 10-12 days is must.
 

 

 

Job Summary (Why does this Job Exist?)

Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of the assigned region/ city for NCL VEKA; recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel of the region. Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users. Meeting with Existing and New builders/ Architect’s / Consultants / PMCs to generate more secondary sales and support to our Partners in the Market. Coaching / Mentoring / Training the

existing team to achieve more from the market.

Minimum Qualification Graduate, an MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution.
Experience Min of 5-7 yrs of cross diversified experience out of which 2-4 years in building material industry is preferred more.

Primary Responsibilities

/ Accountabilities (What to do in this job?)

SPECIFIC TO THE REGION /CITY
Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business.
Identify and bring in new clients for long-term orders.
Set team sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections and provide necessary training and support for enhancing their performance.
Ensure achievement of the monthly and annual sales target of the team.
Continually assess the marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team and providing motivation and inspiration.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions if required.
Monitor team performance and ensure variable compensation based on performance.
Support HR in the hiring of relevant and effective resources in the team.
Track, Generate and share periodic Market Reports that will aid / enable review of Strategy and any changes thereof.
Other Duties and Responsibilities Will be responsible for profitability at a Gross Margin Level by region and product.
Other responsibilities related to Sales and Marketing initiatives as identified by the organization / management
