Job Title: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Lamination
Department: Production
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5-8 years in uPVC profile lamination
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee uPVC profile lamination process, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience in lamination machine Start-up, foil application, and curing process.
- Expertise in laminating materials (glue, primer, heating process) and process optimization.
- Monitor production planning, inventory control, and manpower management.
- Implement 5S, safety protocols, and ensure smooth shift-wise operations.
- Analyse productivity, rejection control (setup & in-process), and customer complaint resolution.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and maintain lamination quality standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and utilize Excel & PPT for production analysis
