Qualification

 experience in this type of job role – minimum 10 – 15 years
 

Experience

 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably currently having same role in a manufacturing company OR with at least 3 years of increasing management responsibility in a manufacturing environment
Location Hyderabad
 

 

 

Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)

 qualifications sufficient to perform the job role – B-Tech / MBA (Operations, Marketing)
languages required – English, Hindi, Kannada
excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
thorough understanding of manufacturing, business process and management, requirements and dynamics – insert specific as applicable
to be able to use software – AutoCAD, Window Maker
aptitude for process management and customer/supplier relationship management
leadership with ability to motivate and manage in a manufacturing environment
proven ability to coach and develop others
