Experience | 8-12 Years of experience; core experience into Upvc 5 Years |

BIS Standards Through knowledge in Upvc Profiles. |
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software | |

uPVC Profile customer complaint solving experience |

Monthly Process Audit and NC Closer | |
Trail of new dies/ material/ process improvement as per timeline and procedure | |
Maintaining and Controlling documents (Drawings/SOP/ Trial Report / Process Sheet/ Packing Standards/ Quality Standards | |
Reduction in External Customer Complaint | |
Timely corrective action closer and horizontal deployment improvement | |
Support for new raw material identification and implementation | |
Department-wise Training needs identification and making Annual Training calendar and training implementation/skill matrix | |
Daily, weekly & Monthly MIS Report Preparation. | |
Other Duties and Responsibilities | Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks |
Perform other duties as assigned by the senior engineer or department head | |
Maintain a clean and organized work environment |
