Responsible for handling all QA/ QC, Dies Design, SOP, Tial Report, Quality Standards
Minimum Qualification Any Degree
Experience 8-12 Years of experience; core experience into Upvc 5 Years
 

 

Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)

BIS Standards Through knowledge in Upvc Profiles.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
SOP, Trial Report, Quality Standards

Primary Roles

BIS Standards Through knowledge in Upvc Profiles.
ISO Standards through knowledge in Upvc Profiles
BIS & ISO Certification experience
BIS & ISO System implementation & Adherence
uPVC Profile Quality control experience with Lab Testing as per standard
uPVC Profile customer complaint solving experience
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities

New dies Design support Knowledge, Interface with NPD
Monthly Process Audit and NC Closer
Trail of new dies/ material/ process improvement as per timeline and procedure
Maintaining and Controlling documents (Drawings/SOP/ Trial Report / Process Sheet/ Packing Standards/ Quality Standards
Reduction in External Customer Complaint
Timely corrective action closer and horizontal deployment improvement
Support for new raw material identification and implementation
Department-wise Training needs identification and making Annual Training calendar and training implementation/skill matrix
Daily, weekly & Monthly MIS Report Preparation.
Other Duties and Responsibilities Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the senior engineer or department head
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
