Minimum Qualification | Masters MBA in Marketing |
Experience | 5+ years of experience which includes years in Building Materials and Core Sales and Marketing |

Primary Roles | Sales of Windows to Builders and Customers. Marketing and Relationship Management.
Managing people and their performance thereof. Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Builders, Architects, end-users.). |
Primary Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (What to do in this job?) | Identify and Monitor Types of Builders / Customers with whom the company would like to maintain direct relationship with. Responsible for defining and implementing strategies to onboard and retain builders / customers. Support in the Build and then Implement Brand(s) Engagement and promotion strategy that will ensure a ‘PULL’.
Identify monitoring parameters and share period reports with solutions for potential growth and / or problems identified. Responsible for Understanding the needs and psyche of the customer base of the market that Organization operates in; and thereby recommend solutions / answers for any current and / or potential solutions. (In short, have your ears to the ground). |
