Minimum Qualification Masters MBA in Marketing
Experience 5+ years of experience which includes years in Building Materials and Core Sales and Marketing
Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills) Business Acumen (Market understanding / knowledge) Technical Capability

Computer and MS Office Skills Financial Acumen

People Management

Primary Roles Sales of Windows to Builders and Customers. Marketing and Relationship Management.

Managing people and their performance thereof.

Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Builders, Architects, end-users.).

Primary Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (What to do in this job?) Identify and Monitor Types of Builders / Customers with whom the company would like to maintain direct relationship with. Responsible for defining and implementing strategies to onboard and retain builders / customers. Support in the Build and then Implement Brand(s) Engagement and promotion strategy that will ensure a ‘PULL’.

Identify monitoring parameters and share period reports with solutions for potential growth and / or problems identified.

Responsible for Understanding the needs and psyche of the customer base of the market that Organization operates in; and thereby recommend solutions / answers for any current and / or potential solutions. (In short, have your ears to the ground).
