On January 19 and 20, 2024, an induction program was organized to welcome our new employees. This was a wonderful opportunity for the new team members to get to know VEKA, its culture, philosophy, infrastructure, and businesses.
The new team members also had a productive discussion with our Managing Director and Department Heads in the factory, during which they were not only informed about the company’s vision, mission, strategy, and objectives but also about manufacturing and fabrication processes and the range of products.
